Conditions applicable to submitting requests and to the assessment process.

Submission is not acceptance

Submitting information does not represent automatic case acceptance, engagement or SLA start. The request is subject to a conflict check, scope confirmation, availability and commercial terms.

Human review

No final recommendation is released without meaningful human review. Conclusions are specific, dated and limited to the available scope and sources.

Independence

Revenue, commission, commercial importance or LAM's participation in execution never make a score, Finding, Gate or recommendation more permissive. Commercial importance changes priority, never the evidence standard.

Documents and upload

Upload is optional: you can complete the request without attaching documents. When attached, files undergo technical validation of type, size and integrity before processing.
