Operational summary of the data flow for a submission.

Flow

  • You complete the form and, optionally, select documents.
  • The browser validates fields, types and limits before sending.
  • The server revalidates everything, generates a Submission ID and stores files in private storage.
  • A single consolidated email is sent to the LAM desk, with the intake data and the documents.
  • You receive the confirmation with the same Submission ID.

Failures and retry

If sending fails, the site reports the failure explicitly and allows a retry. We never display success without real confirmation of server-side processing.
